Basic Life Insurance: As an eligible team member, City provides you with a life insurance & accidental death and dismemberment insurance policy. This coverage is offered to you at no cost.

Short Term Disability: This coverage is to protect your income in the event a short-term disability prevents you from performing the duties of your job.

Long Term Disability: This coverage is designed as income replacement protection should you become disabled and are unable to perform the material and substantial duties of your job. If you have previously declined this coverage and choose to elect it after your initial new hire enrollment period, you will be subject to Evidence of Insurability (EOI).
